The Most Versatile Bed Rail in the World
The EZ Adjust Bed Rail is the most versatile bed rail in the world thanks to its ability to extend in length. By pressing the spring-loaded pin, easily extend the rail from its base setting at 26″ to 34″ or 42″ in length to prevent nighttime falls out of bed. Use the bed rail as a safety handle for balance and support when transferring from bed to a walker, wheelchair, or bedside commode. The EZ Adjust Bed Rail supports 300 pounds.
Railing Swings Down 180 Degrees
Release the two round knobs from their locked position in order to pivot the railing downward to the side of the bed to easily change the linens, make the bed, or care for a loved one in bed. To fully pivot the bed rail, ensure that there is at least 14″ of clearance between the floor and the bottom of your mattress.
Compatible with Most Traditional Bed Types
The EZ Adjust Bed Rail can be installed on most traditional bed types with mattresses 12″ to 16″ thick. This bed rail is not intended for use on adjustable beds or with extra soft mattresses. Slip the base tubes between the mattress and the box spring, platform, or slats and secure the rail to the bedframe with the included safety strap.

Stander, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from material defects in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only when the Product is used within the Product’s specifications and is non-transferable and shall solely be applicable to the original purchaser.
In the event of a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify Stander, during the warranty period, in writing of the alleged defect in workmanship or material and must ship the Product, along with the proof of purchase, to Stander.
All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not refund or pay for any shipping charges.
If Stander determines, upon its sole determination, that there is a material defect in material or workmanship of the Product, Stander will replace the Product and ship a replacement product to the original purchaser.
The Limited Warranty does NOT apply to any Product:
- Damaged during shipment.
- Damaged due to unauthorized attachments, alterations, or modifications.
- Damaged due to the failure to install the product in accordance with the instructions provided by Stander.
- Damaged by the use of the Product for purposes other than those for which the Product was designed or intended
- Damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident or abnormal use or storage.
STANDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ALL (I) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR (II) IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, ADVERTISING OR PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTS TO STANDARDS SPECIFIC TO THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE FULL AND COMPLETE STATEMENT OF STANDER’S LIMITED WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT, CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AND COMPLETELY INTEGRATED LIMITED WARRANTY OF STANDER, SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER STATEMENTS, AND CANNOT BE VARIED BY ANY ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENT.
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NONCONFORMING PRODUCT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STANDER, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER DAMAGES, BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY.
