The bed can be positioned as Comfort Chair, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg with foot end controls. With full 360° mobility and lockability at any height for safer, ergonomic bed relocation.

Furthermore, each component is individually powder-coated with a durable and flexible polyester antimicrobial finish.

These beds are highly versatile, as they can be easily mobile or locked at any desired height. Medical staff can maneuver the bed from an upright, ergonomic position, avoiding uncomfortable positions. To protect walls and other room elements during repositioning, these beds feature a soft honeycomb bumper that absorbs impacts. Additionally, they have been engineered to allow virtually vertical bed raising and lowering, making caregiving tasks easier and improving the experience for both patients and staff.

Optional molded side assist rails provide a 3-Position perpendicular assist for reliable support when entering or exiting the bed. For resident safety, half-head assist rails are available and can be rotated downward when not in use. These assist rails are also available in a steel variant. The easy-on expanders come with integrated corner mattress retainers and can be attached without the need for tools. They can be added to both sides of the decks after removing the bed’s mattress retainers, expanding the sleep surface to 42″. This expanded sleep surface is compatible with both molded plastic and metal assist rails.
